We encourage people of all abilities to participate. For your convenience we have a TTY service and inclusion assistance. If you would like further information on these services contact the main office. Our facilities and services are for everyone. It is the responsibility of the participant of parent/guardian of the participant to specify any assistance you require in accessing park district programs or facilities. Advance notice is required to provide reasonable accommodation.

Waivers
All participants must complete a waiver before participation in a program that involves registration. If a participant is under 18, a parent/guardian must complete the waiver form. Waivers assist the staff with permission to treat forms should an emergency arise. Waivers need only be completed once per calendar year.

Registration:
The park district reserves the right to alter schedules, cancel programs, or add programs, when enrollments warrant. Registrations will be on a first come first serve basis. Waiting lists are formed when programs are filled, and every attempt is made to accommodate individuals on these lists.

Two easy ways to register for Macomb Park District Programs:

1. Fill out a registration form. Mail the form with your check payable to the Macomb Park District, 1406 N. Randolph, Macomb, IL. 61455.
2. Drop off payment & participant information at the Administrative Office, 1406 N. Randolph, Everly Park, Macomb, IL.
